This is a best hosting service. I decided to start using Host Gator for my smaller sites and opened up a shared hosting account. It might be a little expensive than some other hosts, but they are definitely reliable, the speed and the up time here is great. They are simply the best, I usually get lots of help from those technicians there if i face any problems with my website's hosting. I gave 3 rating.

It wasn't really bad, though on the first I really didn't think it was good, but lately modifications have been made and I found the difference. Hosting is really good. Before, I had problems using it, but now. It's fantastic.

The first time i used hostgator i seemed to have a lot of issues. mainly related to database. i often found my site going down and had to keep contacting them to sort things out. an unreliable server was the last thing my new start-up site needed.

thankfully, their customer support is very good. i was always able to find someone on live chat. and emails were also replied to quickly.

for the past few months everything has been very smooth and i haven't had my site go down a single time.

They might be a little expensive than some other hosts, but they are definitely reliable, and very quick to respond to questions and solve difficulties.

A good host, I am a little disappointed by the customer service. But they offer good environment for big websites. They support the latest version of CPanel too :)

I'm using a dedicated server myself. The speed and the up time here is great. Nothing to complain about what so ever.
Support has always been real good.

I've been using HostGator for over a year now, and really haven't had any problems with them at all. The only thing that came close was I had some trouble with a customer service rep that wasn't explaining things very clearly, but we were able to work past that and fix the problem (which was on my end).

I have used Hostgator's Baby Hosting plan for 1 month + now and so far, their service has been top class. Aside from offering you a $0.01 fee for your first month, their "live chat" support system is pretty useful. I usually get lots of help from those technicians there if i face any problems with my website's hosting. The complain I have about Hostgator is that their representatives at the "live chat" support system as mentioned earlier take quite long to reply you. I have once took 2 hours + just to get some help and in the end, didnt get the problem fixed. However, this is still a single time, thus im giving this hosting an A- score

These guys are good. They have good customer service with their live support. I left due to getting local hosting in my own country, but I did enjoy my stay. If anyone is thinking of signing up do it, they wont disappoint you.
